New Carers Champion

Do you look after a loved one, friend or neighbour who couldn’t manage without your help? You may be a carer. Support is here for you too. We’re pleased to introduce our new Carers Champion, Kaylee, who can help connect you with advice, services and support.

August Bank Holiday

The practice will be closed on Monday 26th August for the August Bank Holiday. We will reopen as normal on Tuesday 27th August.

Update on Mounjaro 05/08/25

New NHS prescribing criteria for Mounjaro (tirzepatide) has been implemented in General Practice as part of a phased rollout. The medication will only be available to adults with a BMI of 40 or above and at least four specified obesity-related conditions.

New Triage System 3rd April

Pharmacy First

The Pharmacy First campaign is a nationwide initiative aimed at making healthcare more accessible while reducing pressure on GP services. This scheme allows pharmacists to provide expert advice and treatment for a range of common conditions, ensuring patients receive prompt care without needing a GP appointment.

Our New Cancer Care Champion

We are delighted to announce that our practice now has a dedicated Cancer Care Champion, Suzanne, who is here to provide additional support for patients and carers navigating a cancer diagnosis.
