Our practice nurses see patients by appointment only. They offer treatment room services for minor injuries, blood tests, minor surgery, dressings, cervical smears, travel immunisations, ECGs and blood pressure checks. Some are specialist nurses in chronic disease management areas such as asthma, diabetes, coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hypertension (high blood pressure), teenage health and contraceptive services.
Receptionists
Our reception team assist patients with their enquiries and requests, on the telephone and at the reception desk.
Dispensers
Our dispensing team dispense medication prescribed by the doctors. They are here to help you when collecting your medication.
Clinical pharmacist
We have a team of three Clinical Pharmacists to help with our medication management, offer medication reviews and to discuss any concerns you may have regarding your medications.
Physiotherapists
We have three Physiotherapists who can assess and offer advice on managing many conditions concerning skeletal systems, muscle injuries and many other issues.
Nutritionist
We have a nutritionist who can help you with your diet for weight control and suggestions for healthy eating to manage some conditions.
Administrative and secretarial staff
Our administrative staff are here to help you. They deal with repeat prescriptions, referrals to specialists, information management, statistics and private medical work.
Social Prescriber
Community nursing team
The community nursing team visit housebound patients to provide nursing care in their own homes. They work with us and other healthcare professionals such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists and care managers, to assess needs and draw up individual care packages.

Midwife
Please arrange a midwife appointment before you are 8 weeks pregnant. You can do this online by following this link: https://maternity-referral.ngh.nhs.uk/ Alternatively, you can call 01604 545430 (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm).
Well being
The Well Being service is for people who are experiencing low mood, anxiety, phobia, trauma or emotional distress. The service is free and referrals can be made through your Doctor. Consultations are by appointment at the practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
