Zero Tolerance Policy
Bugbrooke Medical Practice is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all. Our Zero Tolerance Policy applies to all interactions, in person, by phone, or through any communication.
Unacceptable behaviours include, but are not limited to:
- Aggressive or abusive language (including swearing, shouting, or making threats)
- Physical violence or threats of violence
- Discriminatory behaviour (based on race, gender, age, disability, or any other form of discrimination)
- Harassment or intimidation
- Intentionally damaging surgery property
- Non-compliance with reasonable requests made by surgery staff
Any unacceptable behaviour will be addressed and may result in one or more of the following actions:
- A formal warning about your behaviour
- Removal from our patient list (in serious or repeated cases)
- Reporting to the authorities if necessary (in cases of violence or threats)
We take this policy seriously in order to ensure a safe environment for everyone. we ask that all patients respect the efforts of our staff who are dedicated to providing high quality care. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
